Sample arrival & registration

All samples are received at the reception desk upon arrival at OHMX.bio. Each delivery is immediately registered in a dedicated logbook, and the OHMX.bio team is notified without delay. This initial registration ensures that every incoming shipment is formally logged and fully traceable from the moment it enters the facility.

Controlled transfer to wet lab

After registration, samples are collected by authorized OHMX.bio personnel and transferred directly to the wet lab. During this internal transfer, samples remain under controlled conditions and are handled exclusively by trained staff to maintain integrity and prevent any risk of mishandling.

Temperature verification

If temperature loggers are included with the shipment, their data are read out and documented upon receipt. Temperature monitoring is maintained not only at delivery but also during the internal transfer from reception to the wet lab. All temperature data are linked to a computerized system to ensure continuous verification of appropriate handling conditions.

Long term storage

Accepted samples are stored at −80 °C in continuously monitored freezers. Temperature conditions are tracked at all times to ensure long-term stability and sample integrity until further processing or analysis.
