What is TCR and BCR sequencing?

T-cell receptor (TCR) and B-cell receptor (BCR) sequencing provide detailed insights into the adaptive immune repertoire by profiling the diversity and clonality of T and B lymphocytes. These technologies are critical for studying immune responses in infectious disease, cancer immunotherapy, autoimmunity, and vaccine development.

Instruments

TCR and BCR sequencing is conducted using the AVITI platform in-house for bulk sequencing. For single-cell TCR and BCR sequencing, OHMX.bio utilizes the PARSE TCR and BCR kits.

Available setups

Bulk TCR/BCR Sequencing
Involves targeted amplification of TCR or BCR chains followed by sequencing on the AVITI system. Suitable for high-throughput immune repertoire profiling.

Single-Cell TCR/BCR Sequencing
Uses PARSE fixation-based chemistry to simultaneously capture transcriptome and receptor data at the single-cell level, enabling deep insights into clonal dynamics and cellular context.

Sample types

Applicable to peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs), tumor-infiltrating lymphocytes (TILs), lymph node samples, and other dissociated immune tissues. For sample handling details, see sample requirements page.
