What is single-cell RNA sequencing?

Single-cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq) enables the analysis of gene expression at the resolution of individual cells. This powerful technology allows researchers to uncover cellular heterogeneity, track cell lineage, and gain insight into complex tissue structures and dynamic biological processes.

Instruments available

Single-cell RNA sequencing at OHMX.bio is performed using the AVITI platform in-house. For alternative approaches, partner access is maintained to the 10x Genomics Chromium system.

Available setups

OHMX.bio offers single-cell RNA sequencing using the PARSE scRNA-seq technology, a fixation-based method that enables sample storage for up to six months. This provides logistical flexibility, reduces batch effects, and eliminates the need for complex setups at the point of collection, such as in clinical environments. Multiple PARSE kit formats are supported, each tailored to distinct experimental designs and throughput requirements.

Sample types
