Clinical diagnostics

In vitro diagnostics are tests done on samples such as human blood or tissue. Clinical diagnostics can detect diseases or other medical conditions. Diagnostic results from such tests can be used to monitor a person’s overall health and to help cure, treat, or prevent diseases. We focus on third generation technologies (Nanopore and PacBIO sequencing) for our services, but also offer next-gen sequencing solutions based on Illumina.

• Long reads allow full ROI investigation (with SV, SNV and modifications)
• CRISPR/Cas-mediated enrichment is possible
